North Korea’s nuclear saber rattling is a “global threat” that requires a “global response,” NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said Sunday. Global leaders this week spoke with China over the growing nuclear threat from Pyongyang, which carried out its sixth and most powerful nuclear test. Chinese President Xi Jinping and French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday called for renewed international pressure to bring North Korea back to the negotiating table over its nuclear weapons program. Xi also discussed the issue with U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday and German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday.
